Kate has worked in finance roles all her working life and since 2007 has worked in Management roles within charitable organisations dedicated to providing care and education for vulnerable adults (and children) with learning disabilities. Kate has an AAT level 4 diploma in accounting, as well as NVQ level 5 in Management and level 3 HR. Kate believes that the benefits for service users should be at the centre of all decisions, and gains a great amount of personal satisfaction from using her skills and experience to benefit others and help to ensure a high quality of provision and opportunities.
