Waking Night Support Worker (Permanent & Relief)

Reports to:  Senior Management Team / Group Manager

Principle Purpose

To provide waking night support for service users at our services situated in the Stroud area. 

The ideal candidate will be committed to:

  • Providing the best possible care/support to adults with learning disabilities, working in accordance with Stroud & District Homes Foundation’s Mission Statement/Statement of Purpose, Core Values and Policy Guidelines.
  • Working with each individual with a holistic approach, considering social, physical, cultural, emotional and spiritual aspects of the service users’ wellbeing, and to assist each individual to develop their potential to the full and sustain their rights.
